Hubert Lignier, Gevrey Chambertin Vintage:2021 but over the years(note that Lignier uses the spelling of Regnard rather than the more common, and officially sanctioned, Reniard). Here too the nose is fresh and bright with a slightly cooler array of herbal tea, red pinot fruit and pungent earth and sauvage characters. I very much like the mouthfeel of the succulent and generous though appealingly delineated flavors that offer fine depth and persistence on the moderately structured finale. This well made effort
