The piece is fully transfer printed with blue on white decoration. The platter is made in a rectangular form and has a well at the right side that would collect any excess juices that would run through grooves through the centre of the platter. It measures 17 3 4 by 22 and has a height of 3 at its edge. It is in very good condition with only one chip on the underside (see last close up
