Vintage 1960s Nelly de Grab New York Metallic Brocade Skirt 28 Inch Waist boa The term reproduction came intoThis is a vintage 60s era skirt made by New York based designer Nelly de Grab. Nelly de Grab was of Austrian descent, married into a well to do Czech family, but was forced to flee Czechoslovakia due to WWII.
