This is a wonderful 60s mod era men’s suit made in a navy blue wool fabric with light blue pinstriping - the wool is spun in what I think is a worsted serge finish (see view the photos)
The skirt is made in a full length with an asymmetrical fringed burlap weave cotton in a shorter length over a plissé cotton so that the plissé cotton is displayed at the bottom front and back
