The plate has a blue piecrust edge on a milk white background. I would characterize the blue as a turquoise tone, very 50s. I have four of these plates (price is for one plate only) and all in very good with no chips, cracks or pronounced wear some very light utensil scratches that are visible when tilting the plate in the light, but sparse and very minor.
