Kilchoman, founded in 2005, is one of the region's youngest and smallest distilleries. It is characterized by its traditional approach: everything from barley harvest to bottling takes place on site. This whisky is bottled at cask strength at 57. 8% ABV. It matures in a combination of ex Bourbon and sherry casks. The ex
